This Subscription Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of services under the subscription model offered by Margaw. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

• Model: Services are provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly at a fixed price.
• Free Trial: New subscribers are entitled to a free trial that includes the fulfillment of one (1) design request.
• Discounts: First-time subscribers may receive a discount on their first month's subscription fee.

2. Request Fulfillment

• Scope of Work:
  • Requests are fulfilled based on the service scope agreed upon during onboarding.
  • Services outside the scope may incur additional charges.
• Turnaround Time:
  • Requests are processed and delivered within the timelines specified in your subscription plan.
  • Delays due to incomplete information or required client approvals are not considered part of our standard fulfillment time.
• Revisions:
  • Each request includes up to two revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Free Trial Terms

• Eligibility:
  • The free trial is limited to first-time subscribers.
  • Only one free trial design request is allowed per client or organization.
• Completion:
  • Free trial requests are fulfilled to showcase the quality and process of our work.
  • Additional requests during the trial period are subject to a paid subscription.

4. Subscription Activation & Payment

• Activation:
  • Subscriptions are activated once the first payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
  • Discounts, if applicable, are applied during the checkout process.
• Billing:
  • Recurring billing occurs monthly, on the same day the subscription was initially activated.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
